Digitalise 2025
Building Pathways
to Digital Inclusion
In 2021, the first Community Digital Support Point was launched in the La Florida neighborhood as part of the broader Digitalise 2025 strategy—an ambitious initiative to foster digital inclusion and ensure no one is left behind in the digital transformation. This pilot project, led by the Sargim Foundation in collaboration with Mobile World Capital and the L’Hospitalet City Council, marked the start of a long-term commitment to building accessible, community-centered digital infrastructures.
Thanks to its success, the project has continued to grow—by 2024, three new points were opened in the city’s Municipal Markets.
What makes this initiative special is that it’s led by local youth trained as Digitalizing Agents. They are the ones guiding and educating their neighbors, making this a truly community-driven effort that reaches across generations and backgrounds.
To reflect that spirit, the design of the campaign features real photos of neighbors and agents, combined with data that brings their stories to life.
